Templar Kormac for Diablo 3 Items Collectors
Obtained early in Act 1, the mighty Templar Kormac is a loyal companion that can may use a variety of D3 items, such as one-handed Axes, Daggers, Maces, Spears, and Swords along with Shields and Templar Relics. Templars are revered for their survivability and healing, although they are not quite the prime choice if you want more damage output.
This build is good for progressing in difficult areas, rare and champion monsters, and bosses. The Templar’s heals can provide just enough of an edge to slaughter mobs of difficult foes. With the Survival Build Templar as your companion, hunting for Diablo 3 legendary items will surely be a breeze. The core skills are: HEAL, INTIMIDATE, CHARGE, and INSPIRE.
This build is good for general questing and farming, and is oftentimes used by D3 items collectors. The Templar provides a resource regeneration buff and crowd control that makes killing normal monsters a breeze. The core skills are: HEAL, LOYALTY, CHARGE, and GUARDIAN.
Scoundrel Lyndon for Diablo 3 Items Collectors
The devious Scoundrel Lyndon is obtained late in Act 1 and will follow you on your quests as a fellow hunter. You might as well have him tag along; you are gathering lots of treasure and gold after all! This follower prides in kiting, however lacks the healing Templar Kormac will provide. As a kiter, he uses two-hand Bows and Crossbows along with Scoundrel Tokens. If you don’t mind the lack of sustain and prefer damage, then perhaps Scoundrel Lyndon is the companion for you.
This build is good for controlling monster movement, especially when fighting rare and champion monsters which drop cool D3 items. The Scoundrel’s snares can make it much easier to kite deadly monsters. The core skills are: CRIPPLING SHOT, DIRTY FIGHTING, POWERED SHOT, and HYSTERIA.
This build is good for general questing and farming. The Scoundrel does more damage than the Templar and provides a critical chance buff to boost your damage. The core skills are: POISON BOLTS, DIRTY FIGHTING, MULTISHOT, and HYSTERIA.
Enchantress Eirena for Diablo 3 Items Collectors
The Enchantress Eirena is obtained early in Act 2 and will happily follow you on your quests. Eirena has waited 1,500 years to fulfill her destiny with the Nephalem! Her power thrives in Crowd Control and AoE damage, though compromising sustain and healing. She uses D3 items such as one-handed Axes, Daggers, Maces, Spears, and Swords. She may also use two-handed Axes, Maces, Staves, and Swords. Finally, she can also equip Enchantress Focuses.
Crowd Control Build
This build is good for controlling groups of monsters and mobs to prevent you from being overwhelmed. The Enchantress has multiple AoE charm skills that can quickly turn a fight around by buying you precious moments to recover health. The core skills are: CHARM, MISSILE WARD, DISORIENT, and MASS CONTROL.
This build is good for general questing and farming. The Enchantress does the most AoE damage of any follower and increases your attack speed to boost your damage. The core skills are: FORCEFUL PUSH, MISSILE WARD, EROSION, and FOCUSED MIND.
