Crusaders in Diablo 3 are well known for their toughness and unflinching demeanor in the face of the demon hordes. The Return Fire Crusader build by Silver Ace embodies this. Today we will show you how you can use this build for the Crusader on your Diablo 3 account.
Skills to use on your Diablo 3 Account
Majority of the skills in the Return Fire build increases Block Chance. D3 account holders will however need to use Punish (Roar) as their primary damage dealer and resource generator. This is because this skill also has a buff that increases the Crusader’s Block Chance by 15% for 5 seconds. With the Roar rune, blocking an attack while the buff is active will deal 75% weapon damage as fire to enemies within 15 yards.
To take advantage of the flaming return damage, Block Chance needs to be improved. Hold Your Ground is one of the passives used for this effect. Additionally, since your Crusader will be blocking often, Renewal is taken. This restores life after each successful block. Towering Shield is also taken to improve damage dealt by Punish. Items needed on your Diablo 3 Account
If you’re going to buy D3 account to easily get this build, then make sure that it has these core items. First is a Coven’s Criterion shield. This item will always have a +11% Block Chance and will reduce damage taken when blocking. The next item to look for is The Helm of Rule. This can be crafted and adds another 11% to Block Chance. Lastly, the Justice Lantern is essential to this build for its +12% Block Chance. While not increasing Block Chance, Depth Diggers is sought for the extra damage it gives to Punish.
Gems you’ll need on your Diablo 3 Account
When looking for legendary gems for your items then get Simplicity’s Strength. This gem improves the damage of primary skills by 25%. This works alongside the damage increase given by Depth Diggers to make Punish hit much harder. Bane of the Trapped is also used to deal more damage to enemies affected by crowd control. Finally, Taeguk is used for the extra damage after each resource expenditure.
